In Nanning, Guangxi, China, the delegation of Lang Son province attended the 22nd CAEXPO Fair , participating in the following activities : Meeting with leaders of Nanning city; attending the Nanning - Hanoi Economic Corridor and "Belt and Road" 2025 Friendship City Exchange Congress; attending the China (Nanning) - ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Scenario Application Connection Exchange Conference ; working with the People's Government Delegation of Jixi city, Heilongjiang province, China.

The CAEXPO Fair is an annual event held on a large scale, along with a series of exhibitions, friendship exchanges, economic , trade and cultural connections taking place within the framework of the Fair. The 22nd CAEXPO Fair took place from September 17 to 21, attracting more than 3,200 enterprises from 60 countries to participate in the exhibition with a total exhibition area of over 160,000 m2, of which 1/3 of the area is reserved for foreign pavilions to introduce the latest cooperation results between ASEAN countries and China. This year's Fair has the theme "Digital Intelligence Drives Development - Innovation Leads the Future - Taking Advantage of New Opportunities of the China - ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) Version 3.0 to Build a Community of Shared Future".
Within the framework of the Fair, on September 18, 2025, the delegation of Lang Son province and the delegation of Hue city met with Mr. Quach Vy, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Mayor of Nanning City . At the meeting , Ms. Tran Thi Van Thuy, Head of the delegation of Lang Son province, reviewed the results of exchanges and cooperation between Lang Son and Guangxi, including Nanning City, especially in the "Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year", the two sides organized very exciting and effective exchange and cooperation activities; emphasized the important position of Lang Son province and Nanning City in connecting China - ASEAN and the potential to promote more substantial exchanges and cooperation in the coming time and proposed some specific cooperation contents on enhancing friendly exchanges, investment cooperation, connecting businesses, sharing experiences, promoting cooperation in artificial intelligence.

Also within the framework of the Fair , on September 18, 2025, the delegation of Lang Son province met and worked with the delegation of the People's Government of Ke Tay city, Heilongjiang province, China, led by Mr. Ly Phuc Thang, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Mayor of Ke Tay city .

At the meeting, the Heads of the delegations of the two sides gave an overview of the socio-economic development situation of each side. Lang Son province and Ke Tay city have similarities in industrial development and border gate economy, with many potentials and opportunities to promote friendly exchanges and substantive cooperation in the coming time. After the meeting, the two sides agreed to continue to maintain contact, visit each other and organize delegation exchange activities when conditions permit to enhance understanding and promote cooperation./ .
