Musician Nhuan Phu released two MVs: “ Hanoi at the Seasonal Night”, performed by singer Tung Duong, and “My Beloved Mother”, sung by Do To Hoa.

The female musician confided that she sees each composition as a "brainchild" with its own story, destiny and message. But above all, through music , what she conveys in each individual thing is the emotions, vibrations, and compassion of an artist towards life. Talking about the reason for choosing 2 songs with 2 different themes for this reunion with the audience, Nhuan Phu summed it up in one word "fate". When fate comes, she accepts it naturally and smoothly.

Musician Nhuan Phu shares his feelings when writing music about his mother and his love for Hanoi.

Nhuan Phu confided that mother is the love and infinite gratitude of a child to the one who gave birth to her, to remind everyone, especially those who still have their mother, not to forget to care, look after and show filial piety while they still can. The female musician sent that sentiment in the song "Beloved Mother".

“Hanoi in the Seasons” is the voice of a person who loves Hanoi passionately, borrowing beautiful memories of the past to express her love and trust in the elegant and luxurious capital. She also believes that the happy and sad memories woven from those memories will help each person to nurture their soul and live a better life.

Among them, the song “Hanoi Night of the Seasons” was composed by her from the poem of the same name. The female musician said that for a long time she had really liked the love poems of poet Hong Thanh Quang - who once confided that he “grew up on the streets of Hanoi, both rustic and dreamy”. In 2024, on her birthday, she accidentally read the poem on his Facebook page and liked it so much that she kept reading it over and over again, and the melody just kept ringing in her head. It was at that moment that the song “Hanoi Night of the Seasons” was born. After that, she texted poet Hong Thanh Quang for permission to compose music for this poem.

Musician Hong Thanh Quang expressed his emotion when his poem was put to music and sent to music lovers during the romantic autumn days of Hanoi.

The song was written by Nhuan Phu in a deep, simple and emotional style, reminiscent of Phu Quang's love songs. What's new is that she also boldly included a rap verse that breathes life and contemporary music, creating an unexpected and interesting highlight. Nhuan Phu did not hesitate to admit that she admires musician Phu Quang and is influenced by his music.

The song was recorded by her as a MV and entrusted to her cousin - singer Tung Duong to perform. The MV "Hanoi at the change of seasons" is like a slow-motion film, bringing people back to Hanoi of the old years, with memories that have drifted far away in life. Throughout the MV, one can see familiar images of Hanoi such as: Long Bien Bridge, Hanoi Railway Station, Hanoi University, a villa that retains the mark of ancient French architecture, moss-covered walls...

Singer Tung Duong congratulates the release of two new music products by musician Nhuan Phu and his crew.

For his part, singer Tung Duong expressed that “Hanoi at the changing season” is one of the beautiful songs about Hanoi, bringing the color of “Pho Phai” clearly into music. The male singer believes that musician Nhuan Phu was probably also influenced a little by musician Phu Quang - who is considered the “leading bird” in romantic compositions about Hanoi. The male singer revealed that when she was still in school, Nhuan Phu was very good at Literature. The richness of language probably gave her wings when writing music.

“What I like most about musician Nhuan Phu is that he writes music very sincerely and emotionally, so he can easily write many different musical themes. There are very high ranges, requiring the singer to have a wide vocal range, otherwise it will be difficult to perform well without applying vocal techniques. Therefore, how to make an impression when singing her compositions is not easy,” Tung Duong shared.
