The Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations presides over the program of Research, synthesis, database building and publication of literary and artistic works of Vietnamese ethnic minorities on the 4.0 technology platform;
Program to Preserve and Promote the Cultural Values and Folk Arts of Ethnic Minorities with Very Small Populations at Risk of Loss; Project to Support Funding for Literary and Artistic Journalism Activities...
The plan has set out the main tasks and solutions for implementation, including:
Continue to raise awareness, strengthen leadership and direction responsibilities, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people;
Improve the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of state management, focus on perfecting institutions, mechanisms and specific policies, prioritize additional resources to promote the building and development of Vietnamese culture and people in the new era to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country;
There are suitable solutions to build comprehensively developed Vietnamese people, closely linked with building a cultural environment;
Focus on breakthrough solutions to promote the development of cultural industries, proactively integrate into international culture and absorb the quintessence of human culture;
Mobilize all resources and motivations to build and develop culture and people; promote the implementation of the National Target Program on cultural development for the 2025-2035 period;
Innovate to improve the effectiveness of cultural activities, promote the role of creative subjects, increase people's cultural enjoyment; focus on preserving and promoting national cultural values.
Regarding the solution to build a comprehensively developed Vietnamese person, closely linked with the construction of a cultural environment, according to the Plan, it will be completed to promulgate, announce and put into practice the National Value System, the Cultural Value System and the Vietnamese Human Standards in the new era; focusing on standards of personality, ethics, lifestyle, and awareness of law compliance; strengthening synchronous solutions to create changes so that all Vietnamese people have a sense of respect for the law, a deep understanding, pride, and honor of history and national culture, and overcome the limitations of the Vietnamese people.
Building a clean and strong political system, focusing on Party building and rectification, protecting the Party's ideological and ethical foundation; attaching importance to building culture within the Party and within the state apparatus; promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle"; building a healthy, democratic, united and humane public service and office culture; pushing back bureaucracy, factionalism, opportunism and pragmatism.
Strictly implement regulations on setting examples for cadres and party members, especially leaders, heads, educators, artists and those with great influence in the community and society; build and implement cultural and ethical standards in leadership and management, as a basis for cadres and party members to self-regulate their behavior in daily work.
Focus on promoting education on ethics, personality, life skills, civic awareness, and the desire to contribute in the education system and social media with the characteristics of "patriotism, humanity, loyalty, respect for morality, honesty, solidarity, diligence, and creativity".
Continue to promote the role of literature and art in orienting tastes, aesthetics, nurturing the soul, emotions, intelligence, life skills, aiming at perfecting the personality of each individual and society; implement art education programs, especially traditional arts, into teaching in schools, creating conditions for students to develop their talents and strengths, improve their understanding and ability to appreciate art.
Building a healthy and safe cultural environment on digital platforms and cyberspace, suitable for the digital economy, digital society and digital citizens, focusing on building and implementing cultural and civilized codes of conduct in the digital environment. Promoting communication campaigns to clean up cyberspace.
Continue to promote coordination between families, schools and society; between departments, branches and organizations in the work of educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyles and aesthetic orientation for all classes of people, especially students. Improve the quality and effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements, cultural campaigns and building grassroots cultural life.
Promote the building of corporate culture and entrepreneurial culture in the new era, focusing on cultural and human factors in economic development; build a business culture associated with national identity, with social responsibility, environmental awareness, ambition and aspiration to build a rich, powerful, prosperous country, enhance the position and image of Vietnamese enterprises and entrepreneurs. Continue to implement the Campaign to Build Corporate Culture and Creative Entrepreneurial Spirit in depth and with quality.
Implementing the physical education and sports movement for everyone; supporting, guiding practice, organizing mass sports activities, exchange activities, and sports competitions to serve the community. Innovating and improving the quality of the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", effectively integrating with related strategies, programs, and movements, aiming for each person to regularly practice at least one sport suitable to the specific characteristics and conditions of the individual.
