Announcement of ticket prices for the two-way match between Vietnam and Nepal in Ho Chi Minh City

Recently, VFF announced ticket prices for the first and second leg matches between Vietnam and Nepal at Go Dau and Thong Nhat stadiums (HCMC), within the framework of the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers.

The first and second leg matches between Vietnam and Nepal have two ticket prices of 200,000 VND - 400,000 VND, sold by VFF online. Accordingly, the first phase is from 9:00 on September 29 to 23:59 on October 5; the second phase is from 00:00 on October 6 to 23:59 on October 7.

The first leg will take place at 7:30 p.m. on October 9 at Go Dau Stadium (HCMC), while the second leg will take place at 7:30 p.m. on October 14 at Thong Nhat Stadium (HCMC).

In order to prepare for the two upcoming matches, on September 25, VFF had a meeting with relevant units at the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City. At the meeting, representatives of VFF functional departments reported on issues related to the preparation for the organization of the two events. Representatives of Security, Health , Stadium... of Ho Chi Minh City also presented related issues to coordinate and implement with VFF.

Mr. Cao Van Chong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City said that the local organizing committee will coordinate with the Vietnam Football Federation to successfully organize the event, contributing to affirming the reputation of Vietnamese Football with the AFC.

As expected, right after round 5 of LPBank V-League 2025/25, Coach Kim Sang Sik announced the list of Vietnam national team with about 30 players. Vietnam national team will gather on October 4, with 5 days to prepare for the first leg against Nepal. Compared to the September gathering, the team's strength is likely to have many changes.

In the FIFA rankings for September 2025, the Vietnam National Team has dropped one place to 114th in the world , despite not playing any international matches during the recent FIFA Days. The reason is that Libya – the team ranked below in the previous edition – has increased 5 places (from 117 to 112) thanks to two consecutive victories against Angola and Eswatini.
