On the evening of September 27, Sun Group held the inauguration ceremony of Times Square (in Ha Nam Ward, Ninh Binh) - one of the selected projects to have a welcome sign for the 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
Times Square is 1.6 km long and 150 m wide, located in the Sun Urban City resort metropolis in Ha Nam Ward ( Ninh Binh ).

Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy, Chairman of Sun Group in the Northern region, said that Times Square was built to create an iconic project, a classy cultural and entertainment space, serving the people and tourists, while meeting the needs of organizing large-scale events, contributing to affirming the stature of Ninh Binh urban area on the journey to becoming a city directly under the Central Government.

At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, said that the completion and use of Times Square will bring Ninh Binh residents and tourists a high-class entertainment and recreation area. According to Mr. Ngoc, the northern area of Ninh Binh province is in great need of a modern entertainment and recreation area, and the appearance of Times Square has filled that gap.

The highlight that attracts people and tourists to Times Square is the modern water music stage system, including 5,280 nozzles, 3,174 LED lights, all programmed to combine music, water and light.

Times Square is inspired by the symbol of Doi Tam drum - a national intangible cultural heritage. The drum is 32 m high and 20 m in diameter. The drum body impresses with traditional cultural heritage motifs on the original Doi Tam drum surface.
