Culinary quintessence of regions gathers at Hung Temple Festival

According to the Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, after the opening on April 25, more than 70 unique culinary booths with specialties from the three regions, the cuisine of the Ancestral Land, and OCOP products of the provinces were displayed, serving visitors to visit and enjoy.

The weather in Phu Tho province on the morning of April 26 was cool, with many people and tourists coming to make a pilgrimage to the Hung Temple historical site and participate in this event.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Minh (a tourist from Dan Phuong district - Hanoi) shared: "This is the first time I have come to Hung Temple, the atmosphere here feels very comfortable, from morning until now I have experienced many delicious and unique dishes of Phu Tho as well as many other provinces and cities".

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Le Anh Xuan - Director of Anh Xuan Food and Trade Company Limited (Dat To Sour Meat brand) said: "The fair is both a place for us to promote Phu Tho province's sour meat products to tourists, and an opportunity for us to help customers distinguish the goods and flavors of genuine sour meat products that have been imitated a lot in the market."
