The 8th Congress of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security convened 350 delegates, representing more than 67,000 party members in the entire Central Party Committee of the Public Security.

According to the Ministry of Public Security, this congress is an event of special significance, affirming the growth and maturity of the people's public security force after 80 years of building, fighting and growing under the leadership of the Party.
