The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated the successful concert of the Hessen State Symphony Orchestra held on the evening of October 2 at the Ho Guom Theatre with the contribution of Dr. Kambiz Ghawami; emphasizing that Vietnam always attaches importance to and wishes to develop a good strategic partnership with Germany in general and with Hessen State in particular.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his hope that Dr. Kambiz Ghawami and WUS would continue to actively contribute to strengthening the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Germany and the state of Hessen; called on investors from Germany to come to Vietnam, especially financial investors to participate in the Vietnam International Financial Center; and affirmed that Vietnam always welcomes and creates the most favorable conditions for German enterprises to cooperate, invest and do business effectively and long-term in Vietnam.
Dr. Kambiz Ghawami shared some information about German enterprises wishing to explore investment cooperation opportunities in Vietnam, and expressed his desire to learn about the need for training high-quality human resources to propose including them in teaching programs as well as consulting for Vietnam.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh said he had ordered the Vietnam-Germany University to organize a scientific seminar on the financial center and invited professors and managers of the world's leading financial centers to discuss; requested the Ministry of Education and Training to synthesize human resource training needs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to soon work with the Ministry of Finance to propose content related to the construction, operation and development of this center; the need for human resource training for this center continues, so it is necessary to promote effective methods...
*On the afternoon of October 3, Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a phone call with Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow.
During the phone call, Acting Minister Le Hoai Trung emphasized that the bilateral relationship is developing deeply and substantially, on the basis of mutual respect, trust and mutual benefit; he suggested that the two sides continue to coordinate to implement the specific and important results of the 4th Vietnam-Thailand Joint Cabinet Meeting, focusing on soon building an action program to implement the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the 2026-2030 period.
The two sides agreed to promote economic cooperation, aiming to soon achieve the target of bilateral trade turnover of 25 billion USD in a more balanced direction; coordinate to establish a Joint Working Group to effectively and substantially implement the "Three Connections" strategy, including connecting supply chains, connecting economic sectors, businesses and localities of the two countries.
The two sides emphasized the priority of cooperation in new areas such as digital transformation, e-government, green economy, equitable energy transition, innovation, etc. The two sides continue to closely coordinate in multilateral and regional mechanisms; together with ASEAN countries, strengthen solidarity and unity, promote ASEAN's central role, and enhance sub-regional development cooperation.
*At the invitation of First Vice President of the Greek Parliament Ioannis Plakiotakis, from September 30 to October 3, Vice President of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai and a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly paid an official visit to Greece.

During the visit, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai held talks with First Vice Chairman of the Greek Parliament Ioannis Plakiotakis; met with Vice President of Greece Konstantinos Chatzidakis; met and worked with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Greece Dimitrios Koutsoumpa; visited the headquarters, worked with officials and staff of the Embassy and met with representatives of the Vietnamese community in Greece...
At the working sessions, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai affirmed that Vietnam attaches importance to developing friendly relations and multifaceted cooperation with Greece, and wishes to strengthen cooperation between the two countries' legislative bodies in particular and the friendly relations between Vietnam and Greece in general.
The Vice President of the National Assembly suggested that the Greek National Assembly study the possibility of signing a cooperation agreement between the two countries' parliaments, as a basis for enhancing exchanges and promoting cooperation between the two legislative bodies in a sustainable, effective and substantive manner; and support localities of the two countries to promote the establishment of cooperative relations in potential fields, in accordance with their strengths and needs.
Greek leaders emphasized that Vietnam is Greece's leading important partner in Southeast Asia; they affirmed their desire to promote cooperation between the two countries to continue to develop comprehensively.
