On the afternoon of October 23, at Le Quy Don Secondary School, Lao Cai Ward (Lao Cai Province), Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund awarded 147 scholarships for the 2025-2026 school year to ethnic minority students in the province with difficult circumstances and excellent academic achievements.

The province has achieved the standard of eliminating illiteracy level 1, the standard of universalizing preschool education for 5-year-old children, the standard of universalizing primary education level 3, and the standard of universalizing lower secondary education level 2.
