The Party Committee and the regiment commander handed over the comrades' houses to the soldiers including: Captain Pham Nhu Tuan Anh - Head of Radar Station 570; Professional Military Major Nguyen Da Hoang - Doctor of Radar Station 560; Professional Military Major Diep The Anh - Doctor of Radar Station 575. Each family was supported with 60 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense to build new and repair old, degraded houses, helping the family feel secure when the soldiers are working away from home; the remaining amount was contributed by families and relatives. The house was started in early February 2025, with an area of ^​​85m2 , solid structure, quality assurance, suitable for the family's living conditions. The total construction cost is nearly 500 million VND; of which 60 million VND is supported from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Navy, 10 million VND is supported from the "Charity Rice Jar" Fund of Brigade 682 and nearly 50 working days of officers and soldiers of the unit, the remaining amount is accumulated by the family.

The above meaningful activities took place on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the opening of the Ho Chi Minh Sea Trail (October 23, 1961 - October 23, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Naval Region 4 (October 26, 1975 - October 26, 2025), demonstrating the profound humanity, affection and care of leaders at all levels for officers and soldiers of the units, contributing to encouraging soldiers to work with peace of mind and contribute to building the unit.
