According to the report, in Du Long Industrial Park, there is currently a 110V power line, managed by Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company, running along the median strip of Route 2 (one of the main traffic routes of the Industrial Park). On the power line, some poles are more than 7m above the road surface. Hoang Thanh Du Long Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company (investor of Du Long Industrial Park) found that this distance affects the safety of vehicles entering and leaving the Industrial Park, so it proposed to relocate the power line.

In addition, Du Long Industrial Park is using water from the Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Center with a capacity of ^2,000m3 /day and night, while the estimated water demand by 2026 of Du Long Industrial Park is ^3,000m3 /day and night. Therefore, the investor proposed to build a separate water supply system for Du Long Industrial Park.

After listening to specific reports from departments and branches, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Minh Hoang requested Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company to coordinate with Du Long Industrial Park to have a plan to upgrade the power line, ensuring electrical safety. In particular, pay special attention to the issue of minimum height of electric poles, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property in the Industrial Park. Regarding the issue of water supply, he assigned the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to check the progress of the Loi Hai Water Supply Plant Project (planned to supply water to Du Long Industrial Park). If the project cannot be implemented, the Provincial People's Committee will agree to let Du Long Industrial Park implement the water supply project as proposed. In the immediate future, the province encourages the Industrial Park to invest in a circulating water treatment system in the Industrial Park to promote green production.
