Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai held a meeting on the progress of key infrastructure projects.

Attending the meeting were representatives of relevant departments, branches, localities, infrastructure investors of industrial parks and the Provincial People's Committee Office. The units reported in detail the progress of implementation, difficulties, obstacles and proposed solutions in the coming time.

According to the report, Branch of Land Fund Development Center No. 1 and Son My Commune People's Committee are focusing on determining the land origin for affected households in the priority area of 375 hectares of Son My I Industrial Park. In October 2025, the work of compensation and support for households with approved plans (695 hectares) is being urgently implemented, aiming to hand over the site to the investor to synchronously construct the infrastructure of this Industrial Park.

Up to now, the investor of Son My I Industrial Park has promptly transferred compensation funds as requested by Branch of Land Fund Development Center No. 1 to pay for 65 households on an area of 45.32 hectares in the priority area (375 hectares). At the same time, the unit is coordinating to supplement measurement records to serve the compensation and site clearance work in phase 1.

With Tan Duc Industrial Park, the total recovered area is 300 hectares of 221 households, individuals and organizations. The compensation and support plan for 214 records/193 households/285.85 hectares and 7.3 hectares of locally managed land has been approved, reaching a rate of nearly 98%.

Currently, the area of land handed over for this industrial park has reached approximately 97%, there are only a few cases that have not received money, mainly households with houses on other people's land, or do not meet the conditions for resettlement arrangement...

At Tan Duc Industrial Park, up to now, the investor has basically completed about 90% of the volume of items in phase 1 of the project. Thanks to that, it has initially attracted 3 secondary investment projects to the Industrial Park (including 2 domestic projects and 1 FDI project) with a land lease area of 15.1 ha/210.84 ha of industrial land...

Representatives of Southern Power Corporation discussed contents related to the Tan Duc 110 kV transformer station project and the Ham Tan 2 - Tan Duc 110 kV line.

Meanwhile, the Tan Duc 110 kV transformer station and the Ham Tan 2 - Tan Duc 110 kV transmission line with a total investment of about 287 billion VND are also being implemented. According to the implementation progress of the Southern Power Project Management Board (under the Southern Power Corporation), after the investment policy is approved, this project is expected to start construction in March 2026 and will be energized in September 2026...

At the meeting, the relevant parties participated in the discussion and proposed a number of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, contributing to promoting the progress of the Son My I Industrial Park, Tan Duc Industrial Park, Tan Duc 110 kV Transformer Station and Ham Tan 2 - Tan Duc 110 kV transmission line to meet the set requirements.

After listening to the situation report and opinions at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested investors, units and localities to coordinate in reviewing the progress of projects and works; promptly report to relevant departments and branches to find solutions to remove difficulties in the past time, especially regarding compensation for site clearance and resettlement of industrial parks. In case of exceeding authority, it will be synthesized and submitted to higher levels for consideration and resolution...

Regarding the Tan Duc 110 kV Transformer Station and the Ham Tan 2 - Tan Duc 110 kV line, the Provincial People's Committee leaders said that this is a very important project to serve the power supply for the industrial parks here. Therefore, the investor is requested to report and clarify some contents related to planning, route direction... to the competent authority for timely re-evaluation according to regulations. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for the Southern Power Corporation to soon deploy investment in the project according to the implementation schedule...
