
Phu Giao Commune Public Administration Service Center has been in operation since July 1 with the function of receiving and returning administrative procedure settlement results to organizations and individuals according to the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanism, ensuring publicity, transparency and compliance with legal regulations.

From July 1 to September 30, the Center received 13,188 applications and processed 12,970 of them. The rate of applications processed on time and before the deadline reached 99.2%; 102 applications were delayed, mainly due to system errors and software that had not yet been connected to the data.
Particularly for records under the authority of the commune level, there were a total of 2,760, with 2,602 records resolved on time and before the deadline, accounting for 96.2%.

At the monitoring session, the Center's leadership representative also pointed out a number of difficulties and problems in the process of implementing tasks, especially regarding facilities and information technology infrastructure.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Van, Vice Chairwoman of Phu Giao Commune People's Council, emphasized that the monitoring activities aim to assess the current status of organization and implementation of tasks at the Public Administration Service Center, thereby pointing out the achieved results, as well as existing problems and difficulties to have solutions to improve the efficiency of serving people, ensuring good implementation of administrative reform in the coming time.
