On the morning of November 13, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, represented the Party and State leaders to attend the National Great Unity Day at Tan Bac hamlet, Binh Minh commune, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province.
Also attending the delegation were Mr. Vu Van Tien - Head of the Propaganda Department, Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, department-level leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and the Central Propaganda Department. On the local side, there was Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
At the Festival, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia, along with delegates, cadres and people of Tan Bac hamlet, Binh Minh commune, Trang Bom district, reviewed the 94-year tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; listened to reports on the situation of the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in 2024 in the locality.
Tan Bac Hamlet was formerly under Ho Nai 4 Commune, Thong Nhat District; after separation, the Hamlet belonged to Binh Minh Commune, Trang Bom District. Over the past year, with the timely direction of the Party Committee, the government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Minh Commune, the Tan Bac Hamlet Mobilization Committee has deployed a widespread movement among all the people in the residential area and has become a major movement of the entire political system of the Hamlet; with the determination of "Party cell members and people strive to seriously implement the movement", "All people unite to build a cultural life", bringing the movement into the lives of the people in the Hamlet has gradually developed, the quality of life of the people has been improved and the title of cultural Hamlet has been maintained, achieving many outstanding results.
People's lives are stable and increasingly developing, rural infrastructure is gradually being invested in and built in a modern direction. People actively change the structure of crops and livestock, boldly apply scientific advances in production. Disease prevention work is always concerned. Cultural, artistic and sports movements are maintained actively, annual military recruitment is always completed well, security and order are maintained. Political security and social order and safety in the area are stable. Civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals are carried out in accordance with regulations, social evils are reduced, family and hamlet relationships are always united and strong.
Expressing his joy at attending the National Great Unity Day in the area, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia praised the achievements and efforts of the Party Committee, government, army and people of Dong Nai province in general, Trang Bom district, Tan Bac hamlet in particular, that have been achieved in the past time.
Speaking at the Great Unity Day, the Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested the Party Committee, the government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province and the people of Tan Bac hamlet to pay attention to implementing a number of contents. In particular, continuing to strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, the desire to contribute, the will to be self-reliant, self-confident, self-reliant, self-reliant, national pride, promoting the great strength of the great national unity bloc. The Front needs to play a good core role, preside over and coordinate with member organizations to unite all social classes and outstanding individuals, ensure high unity in awareness, ideology and action, and steadfastly adhere to socialist goals and ideals. The Front and its member organizations do a better job of propaganda, education and mobilization so that people understand, unanimously and unanimously implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws. Especially, effectively organize and implement the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Promote the self-management role of the people, build united, prosperous and happy residential areas" launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, closely linked with emulation movements and major campaigns of the whole country to create strength and trust for people to actively respond. At the same time, it is necessary to detect, make recommendations to the Party Committee, the government, and mobilize philanthropists to promptly support people in especially difficult circumstances and the disadvantaged, so that no one is left behind.
On this occasion, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia presented gifts to 5 typical policy households, including 1 gift and 1 million VND. The Central working delegation had 20 gifts, each including 1 gift and 1 million VND, to give to households in difficult circumstances.
