Accordingly, in order to support businesses in completing the necessary procedures to implement investment and put the project into operation, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the progress of the Grand Mercury Hoi An investment project of Xuan Phu Hai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company in Dien Duong ward, Dien Ban town according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Clause 3 of Notice No. 56 dated February 29, 2024.

At the same time, support and create conditions for investors to complete the project in April 2026, in time to serve the peak summer tourism season in 2026.
