Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee requested to review the responsibility of relevant collectives and individuals.

This Decision adjusts the implementation period of the investment project to build Binh Nam 1 Bridge and Binh Nam 2 Bridge from 2019 - 2021 as previously approved to 2019 - 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the investor, the People's Committee of Thang Binh district, to review the responsibilities of relevant collectives and individuals in the implementation.
Project implementation does not ensure progress; clarify the responsibility of the construction unit in delaying repairs and overcoming limitations according to the Field Inspection Minutes dated December 28, 2022 and Notice No. 4191 dated December 30, 2022 of the Department of Transport for handling according to authority and regulations.

At the same time, based on the approved contents and adjusted contents in this decision, the People's Committee of Thang Binh district continues to implement the project; organize inspection and acceptance to put the project into use to ensure quality and compliance with legal regulations.

Review the implemented volume compared to the capital plan allocated for the project, proactively arrange district budget capital to pay for completed volume, avoid outstanding debt for the project.
