The Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster Project (phase 1) has an area of ​​41.7 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 780 billion VND. The investor of the project is T&T Group Joint Stock Company.

This is the project with the largest area among the 6 industrial cluster projects in Phuc Tho district approved by the Hanoi People's Committee. The project has a construction area located in the two communes of Ngoc Tao and Tam Hiep.

The planned construction area of ​​Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster Phase 1 is located on the administrative boundaries of two communes: Tam Hiep and Ngoc Tao.

In Ngoc Tao commune, the total area of ​​land recovered for the project is 155,666.1m2. During the site clearance process, 2 households disagreed and 1 household had inheritance issues. However, up to now, Phuc Tho district has directed departments and the People's Committee of Ngoc Tao commune to complete the site clearance for these cases.

Meanwhile, the total land area recovered for the Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster project (phase 1) in Tam Hiep commune is 261,573.8 m2 managed by 391 households and the Commune People's Committee. Of which, the land area of ​​households: 192,694.8 m2; the land area managed by the Commune People's Committee: 68,879.0 m2.

The land area that needs to be cleared in Tam Hiep commune also encountered problems when 25 households refused to sign the inventory record, citing disagreement with the compensation and support prices for site clearance.

However, with the drastic intervention of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district, the entire area related to the households has been cleared. Up to now, the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district has handed over the entire site to the investor, T&T Group Joint Stock Company, which has the site.

Focus on removing obstacles

According to the Head of the Economic Department of Phuc Tho District, Can Van Hong, the Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster project (phase 1) has been approved by the District People's Committee for detailed planning at a scale of 1/500. The project has also been approved by the Prime Minister for conversion of rice land.

In addition, the project has also approved the environmental impact assessment report, feasibility study report; completed the infrastructure connection agreement, appraisal of departments and branches: electricity supply, clean water, traffic connection, rainwater and wastewater drainage.

According to research, two of the current difficulties of the project are completing the land allocation and lease documents and negotiating with Phuc Tho District Electricity Company on moving medium voltage power lines in the industrial cluster to update the detailed planning of the industrial cluster at a scale of 1/500.

To speed up the progress of the Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster project (phase 1), the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district requested T&T Group Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the district's departments to soon complete the report documents to request the Hanoi People's Committee to allocate and lease land and resolve problems related to medium-voltage power lines.

Along with that, the investor, T&T Group Corporation, urgently prepared the necessary conditions to serve the commencement of construction of the technical infrastructure of the Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster project (phase 1) according to the schedule after adjustment by the Hanoi People's Committee.

 

Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster Phase 1 is a multi-industry industrial cluster, with high technical and added value characteristics, participating in the global value chain and causing little pollution. The industrial cluster was established with the expectation of creating favorable conditions to attract investment, contributing to the shift of labor structure from agriculture to industry, increasing people's income and promoting socio-economic development of Phuc Tho district.
