Phuc Tho district adds 4 projects to the 2024 land use plan

According to the Decision, the adjustment and supplementation of the list of Land Use Plans for 2024 of Phuc Tho district has been approved by the City People's Committee in Decisions: No. 430/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024, No. 1997/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2024, No. 3882/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024.

In addition, adjusting the projects identified in Decisions: No. 430/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024, No. 1997/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2024, No. 3882/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024, April 15, 2024 are 3 projects.

Supplementing the 2024 Land Use Plan of Phuc Tho district are 4 projects including the road connecting National Highway 32 to the land use rights auction area in the center of Phuc Tho town; Construction of the Military Command Headquarters of Sen Phuong commune; Construction of the Military Command Headquarters of Tam Hiep commune; Construction of the Military Command Headquarters of Phung Thuong commune with an area of ​​1.11 hectares.

Adjust the number of projects and area recorded in Clause 4, Article 1, Decision No. 3882/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024 to: 185 projects, total area of ​​624.38 hectares.

Other contents stated in Decisions: No. 430/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024; No. 1997/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2024; No. 3882/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024 of the City People's Committee remain valid.
