[Video] Urgently put Bach Mai and Viet Duc Hospitals' Facility 2 into use before November 30

The Government Office has just issued Notice 537/TB-VPCP stating the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long requesting to accelerate the two projects of Facility 2 of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital, ensuring operation before November 30, 2025.

Currently, the construction volume of the two projects has reached about 90-95% at Viet Duc and 80-99% at Bach Mai, but many items are behind schedule, human resources only reach 30-70% of requirements; problems with estimates, design adjustments, software connectivity, equipment procurement, fire prevention and fighting standards and human resources have not been completely resolved; some equipment is outdated and damaged.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to preside over the approval of the design drawing estimate before October 10; sign the contract adjustment appendix immediately after approval; complete and send the fire safety acceptance dossier to the Ministry of Public Security before October 10; other issues must be resolved completely.

The Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Finance, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province and contractors coordinate to mobilize resources, guide financial mechanisms, and ensure progress and quality.
