On the morning of October 5, the Central Council for Emulation and Commendation held a ceremony to launch the peak emulation campaign to achieve achievements in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Party. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Central Council for Emulation and Commendation, chaired the launching ceremony.
