The famous culinary website TasteAtlas has just voted two famous Vietnamese dishes into the list of 100 best crustacean dishes in the world .

The skillful combination of ingredients has created the attractive flavors of vermicelli with crab and vermicelli with crab, causing TasteAtlas to put these two Vietnamese dishes on the world culinary map.

Bun rieu

Bun rieu is a traditional Vietnamese dish with many regional variations. The most common is a broth made from bones, tomatoes and crab - the main ingredients that create a sweet and slightly sour taste.
