According to information from the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ), as of 1:00 p.m. on September 30, storm No. 10 Bualoi and floods, landslides, and tornadoes have killed 26 people, left 22 missing, injured 105, and lost contact with 8 people. Many houses and production and business establishments had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage.

In Thanh Hoa province , due to heavy to very heavy rain, the water level of Yen river continued to rise, causing 30/44 villages in Nong Cong commune to be flooded, with a total of more than 3,200 households (11,330 people).

Due to the impact of storm No. 10, in Hoang Phu commune, heavy rain and strong winds occurred, causing many houses to have their roofs blown off, be severely damaged, and some houses to collapse completely.

After the howling winds during the night of storm No. 10, the house of Mrs. Le Thi Hien's family (63 years old, Hao Nam village, Hoang Phu commune) completely collapsed.

Mrs. Le Thi Hien's family kitchen was also devastated after the storm swept through the night.

In Ha Tinh province , many houses had their roofs blown off and collapsed after storm No. 10 made landfall.

Many houses in Thien Cam commune, Ha Tinh province had their roofs ripped off.

At Xuan Thanh tourist area (Tien Dien commune), the storm destroyed dozens of beachfront villas in Hoa Tien Xuan Thanh Resort. Each villa is worth between 7-20 billion VND.

The road at Xuan Thanh tourist area was eroded, causing dangerous cleft palates.

Storm Bualoi made landfall on the night of September 28 and early morning of September 29, causing the coal warehouse of Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant to collapse.

In less than a month, the house of Mrs. Vo Thi Tinh (Ky Khang commune, Ha Tinh) was hit by storms twice. Mrs. Tinh cried next to her house, which was left with only a pile of rubble.

In Lao Cai province , due to the influence of storm No. 10, the area has had prolonged heavy rain, the Red River exceeded alert level 3, causing flooding in many communes and wards, greatly affecting people's lives, activities and production.

Yen Hoa lake area, Yen Bai ward (Lao Cai province) is deeply flooded.

In Ninh Binh , although located hundreds of kilometers away from the storm's center, a sudden tornado killed 9 people, injured 37, and damaged and blew off roofs in a series of houses and infrastructure works.

The house of Mr. Luong Van Khuyenh's son (80 years old, residing in Quan Phuong 2 village, Quy Nhat commune) was completely collapsed. The house of him and his wife right next door had its roof blown off and collapsed, leaving him homeless.

Mr. Khuyen's eyes were red as he looked at his family's house which had been turned into rubble by the tornado.

Many houses in the area of ​​provincial road 490C in Quy Nhat commune had their iron doors blown open by the wind.

Corrugated iron sheets, billboards, and broken tree branches were scattered everywhere.

The devastated scene at the house of Mr. Nguyen Van Thu (82 years old, Quan Phuong 1 village, Quy Nhat commune) after the tornado swept through.

Mr. Thu's iron door latch was broken in half by the wind in an instant.

The tornado only lasted a few minutes but caused very heavy damage to the people where it passed.

The house of Mr. Nguyen Van K. (born in 1952, residing in village 10, Quy Nhat commune) collapsed, crushing him, causing his death on the spot.
