Ho Tram Commune (HCMC) quickly resolves administrative procedures for people

Working with the delegation were comrade Phan Khac Duy, member of the City Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Tram commune, along with leaders of the People's Committee, specialized departments and offices.

According to the report of the People's Council of Ho Tram commune, immediately after the arrangement of the commune-level administrative unit to come into operation from July 1, the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune organized and completed the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus in accordance with the law, ensuring the stable, smooth and uninterrupted operation of the government system. From July 1 to July 17, the Ho Tram Commune Public Administration Service Center received a cumulative 551 records, resolving them before and on time at a rate of 100%. The Center has posted 363 administrative procedures under the authority of the commune level, divided into 12 fields; integrated QR codes for the convenience of people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures.

At the working session, members of the working delegation and representatives of the departments and offices of the People's Council and People's Committee of Ho Tram commune discussed, exchanged, and identified the advantages, difficulties, and obstacles. At the same time, proposals and recommendations revolved around the following contents: the operation situation of the commune health center, the proposal to add more specialized doctors to better serve the work of medical examination and treatment, and health care for the people; the proposal that the city soon have specific instructions for the commune level in implementing construction planning, land use planning transferred from the district/city level to the commune level to ensure continuity, synchronization, and closeness to the actual situation; unifying the names of villages and hamlets to ensure compliance with regulations and instructions of the Central Government as well as creating convenience for people and businesses.

Speaking at the survey, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Huynh Thanh Nhan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Ho Tram commune in the initial phase of operating the new government model. Through the actual survey and listening to the commune's recommendations, the delegation will synthesize and have a specific report on each issue to the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the People's Committee.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City noted that Ho Tram commune should continue to review its infrastructure, promote the People's Council's supervisory role and improve the effectiveness of the government in implementing socio -economic development tasks; review the functions and tasks of the commune's departments and offices to ensure compliance with regulations and instructions from the Central Government and effective and efficient operations. At the same time, continue to promote the effectiveness of the commune's public administration center, review and adjust the list, and arrange appropriate personnel to ensure the best handling of administrative procedures for people and businesses.
