Hoang Phu Commune commends advanced models in the period 2020-2025

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On August 10, the People's Committee of Hoang Phu commune held the first conference to commend advanced models in 2025.

Hoang Phu commune was established on the basis of merging 4 old administrative units (Hoang Phu, Hoang Quy, Hoang Kim, Hoang Trung), with an area of ​​15.35 km ² and a population of over 23,000 people. This is a locality with a tradition of solidarity, studiousness, mandarin examinations, folk festivals and unique traditional arts.

In the 2020-2025 period, the emulation movement in the area was closely deployed, closely following the political tasks of each old commune, each agency and unit, and was deployed with many creative and practical contents and methods in all fields associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Notable emulation movements include: "Joining hands to build advanced new rural areas", "Converting crop and livestock structure, developing large-scale concentrated areas", "All people unite to build a cultural life"...

The commune's mass organizations have mobilized union members to actively participate in movements such as: "Veterans help each other to do good business ", "Women help each other to develop family economy"; "Building 5 no, 3 clean families", "Building model houses and model gardens", "Building happy families", "Four companions with young people to start a business"... Thereby, arousing the dynamism, creativity and initiative of union members and people in building and developing family economy, contributing to the cause of building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

In the field of education and training, the emulation movements "Teach well, learn well", "Build friendly schools, active students", "Say no to negativity in exams and achievement disease in education"... have been effectively implemented, contributing to the overall achievements of schools.

In addition, the movements of donating land to expand roads; eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; building houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties have received special attention from the commune, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

Through emulation movements, many collectives and individuals have promoted the revolutionary spirit, performed well the assigned tasks, and contributed to the development of the locality. The socio-economy in the area is increasingly developing. The average growth rate of total product value in the period 2020-2025 reached 7.34%. The average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at 77.8 million VND.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoang Phu Commune Le Anh Tuan emphasized: The delegates honored at the conference are exemplary representatives of outstanding collectives and individuals in all fields and professions of the commune. These typical examples, despite their different ages, positions and professions, all shine with patriotism, love for the homeland, dynamism, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good, for the benefit of the people; representing the will, determination, and aspiration to contribute to the community and society, and are a source of inspiration to spread the spirit of patriotic emulation throughout the commune.

In order to have more and more emulation movements, more outstanding collectives and individuals, in the coming time, the locality will continue to strengthen leadership, direction, and implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards, creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people. Linking emulation and rewards with the implementation of key tasks and breakthroughs, focusing on strongly promoting start-up movements, innovation, green economic development, digital economy, circular economy; encouraging the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good; pioneering and exemplary in implementing site clearance for industrial parks and clusters, and the North-South high-speed railway project passing through the area.

At the conference, the Security and Order Protection Team of Hiep Thanh village, Hoang Phu commune received a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Police Director; 63 outstanding individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Commune People's Committee Chairman for their outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in recent times.
