Determining the final teams of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship

VHO - On the evening of October 13, at Ninh Binh Provincial Gymnasium, the final matches of the men's and women's semi-finals of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship took place and the best teams participating in the finals of the two groups were determined.

This year's semi-finals are a competition between Border Guard - LPBank Ninh Binh, Ho Chi Minh City Police - Tan Cang Sports Corps (men), VTV Binh Dien Long An - Industrial and Commercial Bank and LPBank Ninh Binh - Information Corps (women).

Ho Chi Minh City Police and Tan Cang Sports entered the match quite evenly, constantly chasing the score. However, with the excellence of Indonesian foreign player Rivan and the effective blocking line, the army team won the first two sets.

In set 3, The Cong Tan Cang suddenly played poorly when they let Ho Chi Minh City Police create a big gap right from the start of the set with the excellence of Quoc Du.

After that, Tan Cang The Cong tried very hard to catch up as they gradually narrowed the gap, then took the lead to win dramatically 30-28, thereby achieving a final victory with a score of 3-0.

Thus, The Cong Tan Cang will face Border Guard, the team that defeated host LPBank Ninh Binh 3-1 in the semi-final match a day earlier in the final.

Before that, the women's semi-final match between LPBank Ninh Binh - Information Corps was exciting.

It seemed that the absence of opposite number Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen would affect the strength of the home girls, but LPBank Ninh Binh showed a very different performance compared to the group stage.

LPBank Ninh Binh with good blocking and defense ability and powerful striker Paskova quickly dominated the game and unexpectedly took a 2-0 lead over the opponent.

The Information Corps had the return of foreign player Voronkova and stable striker Kieu Trinh to reduce the score to 1-2. However, LPBank Ninh Binh showed their mettle at the right time to win 25-15 in set 4.

Defeating the Information Corps 3-1, LPBank Ninh Binh excellently won a ticket to the final and their opponent is VTV Binh Dien Long An, the team that defeated the Industrial and Commercial Bank 3-1 in the remaining semi-final.

Thus, the two final matches of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship have been determined, which are Border Guard vs. Tan Cang The Cong (men's) and VTV Binh Dien Long An vs. LPBank Ninh Binh (women's).

The men's final will take place on October 15, followed a day later by the women's final.
