Specifically, in 2023, after inspecting 25 enterprises, the People's Committee of Ha Long City issued a decision to sanction environmental violations against enterprises and individuals, including: Ha Long Production Development Investment Company Limited was fined 70 million VND; Quang Ninh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company was fined 91 million VND; Minh Tam - HD Company Limited was fined 140 million VND; Thanh Cong Hoanh Bo Company Limited was fined 180 million VND; Green Environment Company Limited was fined 30 million VND; Mr. Luong The Cuong (Hong Hai Ward) was fined 12.5 million VND; Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh (Bai Chay Ward) was fined 3.5 million VND.
