Speaking at the launching ceremony, Thanh Liet Ward Police Chief Nguyen Hoai Son said that due to the impact of storm No. 10 and the storm's circulation, many localities across the country, including the capital Hanoi , suffered serious damage. In Thanh Liet Ward, many areas were deeply flooded, directly affecting people's lives. Faced with that situation, officers and soldiers of the Ward Police quickly deployed a response plan, closely following the grassroots, closely coordinating with local authorities to support and help people promptly and effectively.

The images of officers and soldiers, regardless of wind and rain, braving storms, being present at key locations, supporting people, ensuring traffic safety, maintaining security and order... have left a beautiful impression in the hearts of the people, vividly demonstrating the spirit of "serving the people" and the noble qualities of the People's Public Security soldiers.

Responding to the Prime Minister 's Official Dispatch No. 178 dated September 29, 2025 on supporting people in areas affected by storms and floods, promoting the tradition of solidarity, the spirit of "mutual love and support", "the rich help the poor", the Party Committee and the Thanh Liet Ward Police Command called on all officers and soldiers of the units to contribute and support people in the disaster area with affection and responsibility. Each gift and each sharing today not only has material value, but also conveys humanity, spreads love, contributes to giving more strength to people in flood-affected areas to overcome difficulties, soon stabilize their lives and restore production.
