The stimulus activities aim to bring new and diverse experiences to tourists through a series of unique cultural, sports, culinary and art events and festivals; combining product and service upgrades and digital technology applications to improve service quality, gradually overcoming the seasonality of domestic tourism. Quang Ninh's goal is to maintain growth momentum, attract visitors in the Fall - Winter 2025, Lunar New Year and Spring Festival 2026, striving to welcome 20 million visitors in 2025, with total revenue reaching 55,000 billion VND.
In the last 3 months of 2025, Quang Ninh will organize many big events such as: A series of artistic fireworks displays 3 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) from September 1 to December 31 combined with performances of traditional music and dance and Quang Ninh art; Quang Ninh Culinary Festival (from October 30 to November 2); a series of Halo Bay Shows combining water music and light taking place every day.
