As of 8:00 p.m. last night, in Huu Lung commune, the water level had dropped about 30cm compared to early afternoon. However, many areas in the commune were still deeply flooded and isolated. Faced with such difficulties, the Provincial Military Command directed officers and soldiers to increase the mobility of motorboats to transport food such as: boxed lunches, drinking water, instant noodles, dry rations... contributed by benefactors, to each house, and distribute to each flooded household.

Although the water was deep, many small alleys, whirlpools were very dangerous, and the electricity was completely cut off, the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command still showed their spirit and responsibility to provide food and provisions to meet the essential needs of the people, helping them to survive during the isolation period. At the same time, the unit continued to support people in some deeply flooded areas to get to safety.
