32 works won the "Technology with heart" photo/video award

VHO - On October 23, at the National News Center, No. 5 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi, Vietnam News Agency (VNA) and the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) jointly organized the Award Ceremony and Exhibition of the 2nd "Technology with heart" photo/video award.

The 2nd "Technology with heart" photo/video award with the theme: Vietnamese Creativity - The Road to Prosperity is a practical activity that contributes to strongly spreading the spirit of innovation, creativity, application of science and technology and national digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo .

Within the framework of the Award, the Workshop “Technology Source - Nurturing Happiness” was jointly organized by VNA and Viettel on June 13, aiming to share content ideas, inspire creativity, explore new perspectives through the lens of each author to spread the positive values ​​of technology in life.

After 5 months of launching, the Organizing Committee of the 2nd "Technology with heart" Award received 1,131 single photo works, 229 photo series works and 122 video works.

VNA General Director Vu Viet Trang, Chairman of the Award Council and Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong presented the First Prize to the authors.

Through the judging rounds, the Jury selected 32 outstanding works to award prizes including: 11 prizes in the Photo Collection category (01 First prize, 02 Second prizes, 03 Third prizes and 05 Consolation prizes); 10 prizes in the Single Photo category (01 First prize, 02 Second prizes, 03 Third prizes and 04 Consolation prizes); 11 prizes in the Video category (01 First prize, 02 Second prizes, 03 Third prizes and 05 Consolation prizes).

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Dong, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, President of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc, Director of the Department of Propaganda, Ministry of National Defense, awarded the Second Prize to the authors.

Deputy General Director of VNA Nguyen Thi Su presented the third prize to the authors.

The organizing committee awarded Encouragement prizes to the authors.

The second “Technology with heart” photo/video award attracted a large number of professional and amateur photographers, journalists, and videographers from all over the country. The excellent works awarded this time have exploited typical perspectives that scientific and technological achievements bring.

These are works that have touched the emotions of viewers with simple yet profound storytelling through visual language; showing that technology is now not only an indispensable part of life but also brings people closer together, connecting love. These factors have created both humanistic and artistic values ​​of the "Technology from the Heart" Photo/Video Award. This is the message that VNA and Viettel want to convey to the general public.
