Returning to this beauty contest after a year of self-improvement, Vu Thuy Quynh shared: "Coming to Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 (Miss Cosmo Vietnam), I brought with me a cherished project called "For children in the highlands" with the hope that we can join hands to build specific plans to help the children more.
