At the ceremony, authorized by the Provincial Police Director, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Trinh, Head of the Personnel Organization Department, announced and announced the retirement decisions for 6 department-level leaders of the Provincial Police from March 1, 2025, including: Senior Colonel Le Hong Chuong - Head of the Economic Security Department; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Canh - Head of the Records Department; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quynh - Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Traffic Police Department; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tung - Warden of the Detention Center and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Lai Kim Do - Deputy Warden of the Detention Center.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Police, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh, Director of the Provincial Police congratulated the 6 comrades for successfully completing their assigned tasks and retiring according to the regulations of the Party and the industry.
