8 localities achieved and exceeded the plan for disbursing public investment capital in the first quarter.

According to the Department of Finance, Hai Duong has had 8/12 localities achieve and exceed the plan for disbursement of public investment capital in the first quarter.

The project to build a road from Trung Kien factory to the intersection in Kim Xuyen commune (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong ) is one of the projects using district budget capital that is speeding up construction progress.

3 localities exceeded the planned target including: Tu Ky, Kim Thanh and Chi Linh city. 5 localities achieved the plan including: Nam Sach, Gia Loc, Binh Giang, Cam Giang and Kinh Mon town.

Among the localities exceeding the target of disbursement of public investment capital in the first quarter, Chi Linh city had the highest rate of exceeding (72.4%), followed by Tu Ky district exceeding 35.4%, and Kim Thanh district exceeding 4.4%.

Among the localities that did not meet the disbursement plan target of the first quarter, Ninh Giang district achieved the lowest at 26.3%, followed by Thanh Ha district at 25.6%, Hai Duong city at 58.6%, and Thanh Mien at 90%.

To ensure the progress of the 2025 public investment disbursement scenario plan of the Provincial People's Committee, in the coming time, localities will continue to step up direction to remove difficulties, regularly urge to speed up the construction progress of projects with planned capital allocation plans.

Inspect, urge and supervise contractors to concentrate resources on implementing public investment projects to ensure quality and progress; provide enough materials for construction works. Do a good job of acceptance, payment settlement, handover and putting the project into use.

According to the 2025 public investment disbursement plan scenario of the Provincial People's Committee, in the first quarter, the whole province strives to disburse more than VND 1,950 billion, the actual result is more than VND 1,800 billion (reaching 93.6% of the plan); in the second quarter, disbursement is VND 3,418 billion or more.

In 2025, the total public investment capital plan of the whole province is 10,452.6 billion VND; striving to disburse 10,421.7 billion VND, reaching 99.7% of the assigned plan.
