Agribank showcases technology to be deployed in 2,200 transaction offices at the 80-year National Achievement Exhibition

At the Exhibition of the country's achievements on the 80th anniversary of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the banking industry also brought a strong impression of its achievements in 74 years of proud development, closely linked to the nation's history, affirming the vital role of the industry in the country's economic development.

Welcoming Governor Nguyen Thi Hong and delegates to visit the booth, Agribank leaders introduced the Smart Transaction Counter solution including Smart Kiosk, Smart Tablet and some other smart devices/software. The transaction process is digitized, completely changed, instead of having to wait in line, fill out many complicated documents, customers only need to put their citizen ID card in the Smart Kiosk, so most of the customer transactions from opening accounts, depositing money, borrowing money, ... estimated 80 - 90% of transaction time is shortened - maximum support for all customers, especially people in rural areas, remote areas - those who are unfamiliar with technology or have difficulty with traditional banking procedures.

In the coming time, this transaction counter model will be present at more than 2,200 Agribank transaction points nationwide, contributing to realizing the commitment "All transactions are digitized, all customers are served".
