At the conference, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board directed and guided grassroots trade unions to focus on implementing tasks in the coming time regarding the organization of the first grassroots trade union congress, term 2025 - 2030; supporting the change of seals, perfecting personnel and trade union finance; focusing on surveying the establishment of grassroots trade unions in enterprises in industrial parks and clusters in the province; proactively grasping the situation of salaries, bonuses and regimes and policies for employees in enterprises; developing a plan to take care of Tet for union members and employees...

Delegates presented Mid-Autumn gifts to children of workers in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Industrial Park Trade Union organized a Mid-Autumn Festival of Love, giving 20 scholarships worth 800,000 VND each sponsored by Khai Minh Benefit Company ( Ho Chi Minh City) to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances; giving 200 moon cake gifts sponsored by Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Co., Ltd. to children of union members in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the Industrial Park Trade Union also coordinated with Olympia Nha Trang Clinic to organize seminars and provide health care consultation for nearly 100 workers.
