Each “Great Unity” house is built with a minimum area of 32 m2, with a structure that ensures the “3 hard” standards (hard foundation, hard wall frame and hard roof). Of which, the “For the Poor” Fund of the province and district supports 70 million VND, the provincial budget supports 20 million VND, the rest is contributed by the family, clan and community. After 3 months of construction, the houses were completed on schedule and handed over to households before the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025.
Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and delegates performed the house handover ceremony to poor households.
Speaking at the handover ceremony of houses to poor households, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said: In the past 2 years, the Fatherland Front at all levels has promoted propaganda, mobilization and effectively implemented the Housing Support Project for poor and near-poor households in the period of 2023 - 2025; thereby, contributing to gradually changing the material and spiritual life, helping households in difficult circumstances to have solid houses, work with peace of mind, and rise up in life. He hopes that after having stable housing, households will actively promote the spirit of overcoming difficulties, make efforts in work and production, and rise up to escape poverty. To create a spread in the community and the whole society about the emulation movement "For the poor - no one is left behind", we hope that businesses and philanthropists will continue to accompany and support funding to work with local Party committees and authorities to take good care of housing for the poor and near-poor in the province in the coming time.
