Courage and creativity for national security and people's happiness

In the 2022 - 2025 term, the Youth Union of Xuan Phuoc Prison Camp under the Youth Union of the Police Department for Management of Prisons, Educational Facilities, and Reformatory Schools (abbreviated as Department C10), Ministry of Public Security has made efforts to continuously develop the Youth Union work and youth movement, leading the Cluster of prison units and compulsory educational facilities in the Central - Central Highlands region for many consecutive years.

With the spirit of solidarity, initiative, creativity, and achievements "For the security of the Fatherland", the youth of Xuan Phuoc Prison are determined to maintain political security, social order and safety; at the same time affirming the bravery, intelligence and beautiful image of the People's Public Security (PPP) in the new period.

Xuan Phuoc Prison Youth Union currently has 4 branches under the grassroots Youth Union with 180 members, accounting for more than 50% of the unit's military force. In the 2022 - 2025 term, under the comprehensive direct leadership and direction of the Party Committee, unit leaders and the Executive Committee of the C10 Youth Union, Xuan Phuoc Prison Youth Union has made efforts to implement the Congress Resolution, achieving many remarkable results, contributing to the successful completion of the unit's political tasks.

Political and ideological education continues to receive attention. Many political activities and competitions to learn about traditions have been carried out, creating changes in awareness and actions regarding self-cultivation and training, contributing to preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle among cadres and union members.

Leaders of Xuan Phuoc Prison and the unit's youth union gave gifts to students in difficult circumstances.

The movement “Youth of the People's Public Security Forces volunteer to make achievements for the security of the Fatherland” has been widely deployed, closely linked to the tasks of each working position. Youth Union members are always the core force in the management, education and rehabilitation of prisoners, ready to take on difficult tasks, new tasks, tasks requiring a high sense of responsibility. Youth models and projects such as: “Youth Watchtower”, “Youth Orchid Garden”, “August 19th Light”... not only contribute to building a green - clean - beautiful, standardized - modern landscape but also arouse the sense of responsibility, pride and love for the profession in each union member.

Humanitarian programs such as "Lighting up the dream of rehabilitation", "Aspiration for rehabilitation", or coordinated educational activities to help prisoners reintegrate into the community have spread widely, clearly demonstrating the role of youth in the work of reforming, educating and accompanying prisoners on the journey to good.

The "Youth Volunteer" movement continues to be a highlight throughout. During the term, the youth union members organized more than 15 volunteer campaigns; presented over 300 gifts to policy families and people in difficult circumstances; constructed and handed over 2 children's playgrounds, over 1,000 m of rural concrete roads, 5 projects "Lighting up the countryside", "Lights on August 19", 5 projects "National flag road", "Homeland flag color"; participated in repairing 3 houses for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and organized "meals with mothers". Every year, they participate in the "Supporting exam season" program; advised on organizing the "Helping children go to school" program, presented bicycles, school supplies, and warm clothes worth over 50 million VND; Organized over 20 legal education and propaganda campaigns, provided free medical examinations and medicine to hundreds of people... Those practical actions have left a good impression in the hearts of the people, further enhancing the beautiful image of the People's Public Security Union members "Serving the people".

Along with that, the "Creative Youth" movement spreads strongly, arousing innovative thinking in professional work, prison management and application of science and technology . The work of building the Youth Union is focused on both organization and quality of members. Every year, the grassroots Youth Union introduces many outstanding members for the Party to consider admitting, contributing to the rejuvenation of the Party members.

Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the youth of Xuan Phuoc Prison continue to set out the motto of action: "Pioneer - Solidarity - Courage - Breakthrough - Development", determined to successfully achieve the goal of building a strong and comprehensive Youth Union organization.

The unit's youth will continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction, associated with the political tasks of the People's Public Security Forces and the digital transformation trend, ensuring widespread dissemination among union members and youth.

At the same time, focus on building a new generation of youth with revolutionary ideals, strong political will, good professional skills, understanding of law and technology, ethics, a clean and humane lifestyle, healthy physique and the spirit of "7 dares" - dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, dare to face difficulties and dare to act for the common good.

The Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Xuan Phuoc Prison visited and learned about the unit's traditional room.

During the term, the Youth Union set a target of 100% of its members being proficient in information technology, actively conducting scientific research, promoting initiatives in work; organizing at least one volunteer activity for the community each year, maintaining long-term support for children in difficult circumstances and building meaningful youth projects associated with the political tasks of the unit.

Strive to build at least one “August 19th House”, 3 children’s playgrounds; plant and care for 1,000 trees; mobilize 500 union members to participate in voluntary blood donation, and provide long-term support for children in difficult circumstances.

The movements "Youth of the People's Public Security Forces studying and practicing Uncle Ho's six teachings", "Creative Youth", "Youth Volunteers" continue to be widely deployed, associated with the political tasks of the unit and mass mobilization work in the stationed area.

To realize the above goals and targets, the Youth Union of Xuan Phuoc Prison identified 3 breakthrough tasks including: improving political capacity and revolutionary ideals for union members; developing digital capacity, mastering technology in the 4.0 era; strongly innovating the operation methods of the union organization in the new situation. Key action programs will be deployed throughout the term, contributing to building a regular, elite, modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

With pride, courage and aspiration to contribute, the youth of Xuan Phuoc Prison continue to promote the heroic tradition of the People's Public Security force, worthy of the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho: "Forget yourself for the country, serve the people" - contributing to maintaining national security and beautifying the image of the People's Public Security union members in the new era.

For many years in a row, the Youth Union of Xuan Phuoc Prison has achieved the title of Excellent Strong Grassroots Union, and has been awarded many certificates of merit by the Central Youth Union, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security, and the C10 Youth Union. Notably, during the 2022 - 2025 term, 1 Youth Union officer was recognized as "Outstanding National Youth Union Officer" and received the Ly Tu Trong Award.
