At the program, the delegation organized medical examinations and medicine distribution for 150 people in the commune; organized the "Mid-Autumn Festival at the border" program with many folk games and art performances, presented 580 gifts (lanterns, moon cakes, milk), and 20 scholarships to students of Vinh Binh Primary and Secondary School.

In addition, the group also organized for members and youth to visit heroic martyrs, learn about the National Historical Site of Long Khot Fort area; and plant souvenir trees at Vinh Binh Primary and Secondary School. The total cost of the program was over 54 million VND.
