The family of Mr. Ho Van Thay and Mrs. Ho Thi Mun are in particularly difficult circumstances. Both are poor households and have lived in a dilapidated house for many years. To help the families improve their lives, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has supported each family with 70 million VND to help them build new houses. After 2 months of urgent construction, the two houses were completed and handed over to the families.
