Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee inaugurated and handed over a house of gratitude in Huong Phung commune.

QTO - Responding to the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and towards the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Central Internal Affairs Committee (January 5, 1966 - January 5, 2026), this afternoon, October 22, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee held an inauguration ceremony and handed over gratitude houses to 2 households in Huong Phung commune. Attending were comrade Ly Kieu Van, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

The family of Mr. Ho Van Thay and Mrs. Ho Thi Mun are in particularly difficult circumstances. Both are poor households and have lived in a dilapidated house for many years. To help the families improve their lives, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has supported each family with 70 million VND to help them build new houses. After 2 months of urgent construction, the two houses were completed and handed over to the families.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Ly Kieu Van, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, encouraged and sympathized with the situation of the two families. At the same time, he requested the local Party Committee, government and departments, branches and organizations of Huong Phung commune to continue promoting the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind", thereby creating conditions for policy families and households with especially difficult circumstances to receive timely attention and support both materially and spiritually.
