Round 2 of the Premier League ended with the latest match of the round between Liverpool and Newcastle on the night of August 25. The “Reds” had a dramatic 3-2 victory over the home team to rise to 3rd place with 6 points.

Meanwhile, Newcastle fell to 15th place with only 1 point (goal difference -1).

The "destructive" 5-0 victory over Leeds United brought Arsenal to the top of the rankings with 6 absolute points (+6 goal difference).

Tottenham are right behind with the same 6 points (+5 goal difference). The "Roosters" just caused a surprise when they defeated Man City 2-0.

Coach Pep Guardiola's team sadly fell to 6th place with only 3 points.

Chelsea, after a disappointing opening match, won 5-1 against West Ham in this round. This result brought “The Blues” to 4th place.

Man United are going through a difficult start to the season. After losing to Arsenal in the opening match, they continued to be held to a 1-1 draw by Fulham. This made the "Red Devils" only get 1 point after 2 matches and fall to 16th place.

Without a timely solution, coach Amorim's team is afraid it will continue to experience another disastrous season.

The last three positions in the rankings are held by Brighton, Wolverhampton and West Ham respectively.
