The 2-1 victory over Everton helped Liverpool gain 15 points, solidifying their top position in the 2025-2026 Premier League.

The "Red Brigade" has created a gap of 5 points compared to the chasing group Arsenal, Tottenham and Bournemouth when they all have 10 points.

Arsenal just had a "lucky" 1-1 draw at home against Man City in extra time. This result helps them maintain the 2nd position in the rankings.

Both Tottenham and Bournemouth failed to win in the last round against Brighton and Newcastle.

With only 1 point, Man City is still struggling in 9th place with only 7 points (+4 goal difference).
