Nam Dinh FC is still at the top of the table. However, the draw with Hanoi Police Club caused the team from Thanh Nam to be narrowed by The Cong Viettel. Hanoi FC lost the second place in the table when they were held to a draw by Ha Tinh.
At the bottom of the rankings, Song Lam Nghe An temporarily escaped the play-off position. They defeated Binh Dinh and swapped positions with their opponents.

On the temporary rankings of each round, if teams have the same number of points but have not played directly for 2 rounds, the position is determined by the difference in goals scored and goals conceded.
