Principals and owners of preschools must take direct responsibility for the quality, origin and safety of food used in schools, especially nutritional supplements.
At Hung Vuong Kindergarten (Phu Tho Ward), the kitchen organization is carried out seriously and systematically. Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuy - Principal of the school said: Right from the beginning of the school year, the school signed contracts with reputable food suppliers with full legal documents according to food safety regulations.

Educational institutions actively coordinate with the health sector to check water sources, manage communal kitchens, prevent epidemics, malnutrition, overweight and obesity. 100% of children have their health monitored, their nutritional status assessed by growth charts; the rate of children eating at school is 98.9%, ensuring adequate food portions, balanced nutrition, and age-appropriate.
