Ensuring product quality and security and order at the 2025 Fall Fair

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Government Office issued Notice No. 568/TB-VPCP dated October 22, 2025, concluding the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son at the meeting of the Steering Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair.

The 2025 Fall Fair takes place from October 26, 2025 to November 4, 2025.

Promote image, activities before, during and after the Fair

The announcement clearly stated: The time from now until the opening day of the Fair is very short, the Steering Committee requests ministries, branches, localities and relevant units to concentrate highly, absolutely not to delay, and urgently carry out assigned tasks.

Specifically, the Ministry of Industry and Trade reviews and urges ministries, branches, localities and enterprises that are behind schedule to urgently implement preparation work, ensuring the completion of tasks according to the set plan; presides over and coordinates with relevant ministries, agencies and units to prepare speeches by leaders, including the content and call for support and sharing difficulties with people and localities affected by storms and floods at the Opening Ceremony, as well as organize support activities during the Fair in accordance with the provisions of law on mobilizing and receiving voluntary contributions.

Continue to regularly provide documents and information to press agencies to communicate, promote images and activities before, during and after the Fair, ensuring diverse and rich communication.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to complete the detailed script for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, ensuring compliance with the Prime Minister's direction; the program must be organized solemnly, impressively, professionally, with high artistic quality, worthy of the scale of the largest Fair ever.

The Ministry of Finance urgently submits to competent authorities for consideration and financial support for ministries, branches and localities, ensuring compliance with regulations, timeliness and efficiency; at the same time, continues to support and guide ministries, branches, localities and relevant units in the implementation process.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to proactively invite international delegations, heads of state, and heads of international organizations during the time of attending the Hanoi Convention Opening Ceremony to visit the Fair.

The Ministry of Science and Technology urgently urges science and technology enterprises to actively participate in the science and technology product booth area, ensuring that all typical products are introduced, exchanged, and promoted at the Fair.

Check and supervise to ensure product quality

The Hanoi People's Committee coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies to direct departments, branches, functional units, and market management forces to strengthen inspection, supervision, and ensure product quality, food safety, environmental sanitation, security and order, etc. during the Fair.

The Guard Command closely coordinated with the Hanoi City Police to ensure absolute security and safety for events taking place at the Fair, especially the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

Vingroup Corporation and Vietnam Exhibition Joint Stock Company (VEC) continue to closely coordinate with the Organizing Committee to provide timely support and actively handle difficulties and problems arising during the preparation period and throughout the Fair.

The press agencies continue to promote and introduce the Fair's activities on mass media, in diverse, rich and creative forms based on the unified identity and logo to widely spread information and images of the Fair to the people.

* The 2025 Autumn Fair takes place from October 26, 2025 to November 4, 2025. This is the first Fair in Vietnam, organized on the largest scale (with about 3,000 booths), at the largest and most modern Center (area of ​​about 100,000 ^m2 ) and with the largest number of participants (all 34 provinces and cities, ministries, branches, relevant agencies, corporations, general companies and private enterprises, domestic and foreign enterprises are mobilized to participate). The Fair will be a concentrated trade promotion channel, aiming to stimulate consumption, promote production and business, expand import and export, attract a large number of businesses and consumers to participate, making an important contribution to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025. At the same time, it is an opportunity to connect production units, businesses, creative organizations and the domestic public, while creating opportunities to introduce and promote cultural products imbued with Vietnamese identity.
