In addition, Ms. Chi was also the owner of a packaging and spice shop located in Phu Thuy market area, Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet City.

However, since the end of October, Ms. Chi's savings association has been broken and since then she has not been at the above address. It is unclear where she went or what she did.
Many people came to Ms. Chi’s store to pressure her to return the money, causing disorder in the local area. To ensure order and security, the police were present, mobilized the people to disperse and guided them to file a report.
To date, the police have received complaints from 46 people about Ms. Chi "holding" more than 17.5 billion VND of hui players and then fleeing. Based on the complaints from the people, Phan Thiet City Police have stepped in to verify and investigate the case.
