The central report at the conference stated: In the first 6 months of 2025, the Signal Corps thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented resolutions, directives, tasks assigned by superiors and resolutions on leadership in performing tasks of the Corps Party Committee. The leadership role of the Party Committee and Party organization in all activities of the unit was maintained and strengthened, with internal solidarity and unity. The organization of Party Congresses at all levels was ensured to be strict, in accordance with principles, and of good quality.

In addition, actively and proactively advise and propose to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on planning, system development and effective implementation of the state management function on military communications; report to the Ministry of National Defense on the policy of deploying a private military mobile information network and broadband transmission network. Ensure good communication for the Ministry of National Defense to grasp the situation, promptly handle situations; protect important political events of the Party, State, Army, holidays, Tet and international events held in Vietnam, focusing on serving the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Complete the architecture of e-Government 4.0, promote the "Digital Popular Education" Movement, strive to be the leading unit in digital transformation in the block of combat-ready units of the entire army.
