On September 30, the Mobile Police Command informed that on September 29, storm No. 10 (Bualoi) combined with a sudden tornado caused serious damage in the communes of Quy Nhat, Hai Anh, Hai Thinh, Hong Phong, Gia Hung and Chat Binh, Ninh Binh province. Hundreds of households were affected, many properties were damaged, and there was a risk of flooding...

Faced with the emergency situation, with the consent of leaders at all levels, the Party Committee and Command of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment directed Mobile Police Battalion No. 4 - the unit currently carrying out field operations in Rang Dong commune, Ninh Binh province - to quickly deploy necessary forces, vehicles and equipment to support the people.

Officers and soldiers urgently coordinated with local authorities to evacuate and move people to safe places; support transportation and protect property in flooded areas and areas at risk of deep flooding, contributing to minimizing damage caused by natural disasters.

Currently, the rescue and remedial work is still being vigorously carried out. The Capital Mobile Police Regiment continues to closely monitor the situation, readying forces and means to work with the local authorities and people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize life.
