It is recommended that the People's Committees of Cam Thuy, Vinh Loc, Yen Dinh, Thieu Hoa districts and localities urgently notify the people and villages along the banks of the Ma River to have a proactive plan to protect people, property, trees, crops, cattle, fish, livestock, aquatic products, houses, and architecture. People absolutely do not travel, collect firewood, fish... in dangerous areas with high risk of landslides, fast flowing water, and locations with flood warning signs.
