The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province is preparing to organize the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 10, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province held the 7th conference to discuss the plan to prepare for the organization of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ca Mau province, term 2025 - 2030. The conference was chaired by Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province Huynh Quoc Viet.

As planned, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ca Mau province, term 2025-2030, is expected to take place in 02 days (November 27-28, 2025) at the Provincial Convention Center.

According to the Personnel Project, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (after the merger) has 128 members; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025-2030, is expected to have 120 members, the structure ensures broad representation, reflecting the characteristics of the great national unity bloc; at the same time, focusing on the proportion of young people, women, ethnic minorities and experts in various fields. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has announced the termination of membership in the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term 2024-2029 for 06 members.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed many enthusiastic and responsible opinions to the content of the drafts, especially on the direction, goals, key tasks and personnel work, to ensure that preparations for the Congress are thorough, comprehensive, on schedule and meet the set requirements.

The conference unanimously voted to approve the draft political report for the 2024-2029 term and the directions, tasks, and action program for the 2025-2030 term; the draft review report of the Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; personnel plans and delegates attending the Congress; the coordination program between the Provincial Police and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2023-2033 period with the content "Promoting the movement of all people to protect national security in the new situation".

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Quoc Viet requested the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province to focus on promoting propaganda about the meaning and importance of the Congress, creating a vibrant, united and competitive atmosphere among the people; at the same time, urgently completing personnel work in accordance with regulations, selecting exemplary and prestigious personnel, representing all classes of people, ensuring full reflection of the great national unity bloc.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Quoc Viet emphasized: The Front needs to promote its core role in effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, taking care of people's lives, aiming to successfully organize the 1st Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2025-2030, in a practical and solemn manner, demonstrating the spirit of great national unity.

Faced with the situation of storms and floods causing heavy damage in the northern provinces, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Quoc Viet requested the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province to proactively coordinate with member organizations to step up propaganda and mobilization work, calling for the support of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, businesses and people; promptly support people in localities affected by natural disasters, help people stabilize their lives soon, demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and affection of the people of Ca Mau towards people across the country.
