National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man met with voters in Tan Hoa commune, Can Tho city.

At the meeting with voters, on behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho city, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the city Le Thi Thanh Lam reported a summary of the expected content of the program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; reported on the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of the city since the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly until now and announced the results of responding to opinions and recommendations of voters of Can Tho city.

Accordingly, the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly will open on October 20 and is expected to close on December 12, 2025. The National Assembly will hold the Session in the form of a single meeting at the National Assembly House. It is expected that the National Assembly will consider and pass 42 laws and 3 resolutions.

Regarding the consideration and decision on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues, the National Assembly will consider: Report on the assessment of the results of the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic development plan; decide on the 2026 socio-economic development plan; consider the Report on the assessment of the results of the implementation of the state budget in 2025; decide on the state budget estimate, the central budget allocation plan in 2026; the implementation of the public investment plan in 2025 and decide on the public investment plan in 2026; consider the Report on the assessment of the results of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the period 2021 - 2025: socio-economic development; economic restructuring; medium-term public investment; national finance and borrowing and public debt repayment; Plans expected: national 5-year finance for the period 2026 - 2030; medium-term public investment for the period 2026 - 2030.

The National Assembly reviewed and discussed the summary report on the implementation by members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, and State Auditor General of the resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning.

The National Assembly discussed the draft Report on the work of the 15th National Assembly; reviewed the work reports for the 2021-2026 term of: the President, the Government, the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Nationality Council, the National Assembly Committees, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit Office. Reviewed and approved the Resolution on summarizing the work of the 2021-2026 term.
